Founded in 1992 to escape the oftentimes frenetic architecture scene, this firm provides thoughtful, deliberate, and well-planned architectural services to both end-user and AEC industry clients.  It has evolved from AutoCAD subconsulting to full-service architecture.  End user jobs include residential and apartment renovations, commercial and educational interiors.  For the AEC industry, the firm provides architectural assistance in design and production on an as-needed basis as well as the occasional AutoCAD training, setup, and management.

Recently completed projects as architect-of-record include a single-family renovation in Montclair, a Bathroom Fixture Showroom in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, and two Manhattan apartment renovations.  Recent projects as consulting architect include exterior restoration construction documents and landmarks work for Ivan Brice Architecture and construction documents for a new apartment building in Ridgewood, New Jersey for Peter Raymond Wells, Architects.
